Who is this course for?

Anybody who feels they could benefit from more energy, and struggles to stick to enough healthy habits to make a difference. Learn some of the most effective and sustainable physical wellbeing behaviours that will make a difference to your energy and health. As well as the specific actions you can take for your ‘DASH’ (Diet, Activity, Sleep and Hydration), we’ll take a look at a number of simple habit building strategies that will help you move from ‘start to sustain’.

George Anderson

George is a wellbeing and performance expert. A speaker, coach and writer, he works with individuals to help them take more action towards improving their physical and mental wellbeing, resilience and performance. He has shared his messages with organisations such as Oxford University, Dell, Experian, British Land, Wickes, Travis Perkins and the NHS. He has written for many of the major national fitness publications, is a regular contributor to the BBC and writer for Balance magazine George’s 20 year career in the wellbeing industry combined with his experience and education in behavioural sciences such as positive psychology, mindfulness, NLP and neuroscience coaching, uniquely position him to help individuals make changes in their lives both practically and mentally.

Getting the most out of this course

Pace your learning and give yourself time to think. It often takes time to think about and process new ideas and information. We strongly suggest you take time between each module of the course to reflect and complete the activities and questions. The course content should take you at around 6 hours in total. Your certificate on completion will be for 6 CPD hours. We also encourage you to share your thoughts and support each other as part of our teachED community.
