Sarah Lambert

Sarah is an experienced English teacher and has taught in a number of leading independent schools in the UK and overseas. She is a currently a Specialist Leader in Education at Dubai College, focusing on Harkness lessons and oracy. Sarah is passionate about the transformative power of classroom talk and has created the Dubai Oracy Hub to promote oracy in the region. Sarah completed her Master's Degree focused on Harkness and oracy at Oxford University and she is recognised as a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching (FCCT)

Getting the most out of this course

Pace your learning and give yourself time to think. It often takes time to think about and process new ideas and information. We strongly suggest you take time between each module of the course to reflect and complete the activities and questions. The course content should take you at around 6 hours in total. Your certificate on completion will be for 6 CPD hours. We also encourage you to share your thoughts and support each other as part of our teachED community.
